A Vancouver man has been identified as the driver killed in a single-vehicle crash on Nov. 20 in the 13800 block of Northeast Airport Way in Portland.
The initial investigation revealed that Cedric D. Willis, 42, of Vancouver was driving a blue 2018 Ford F-150 pickup on Northeast Airport Way when he lost control, left the roadway, and his vehicle rolled over. Excessive speed has been determined to be a factor in the crash. The crash remains under investigation.
On Wed. Nov. 20 at 8:15 p.m., Portland Police officers assigned to North Precinct responded to a report of a crash in the 13800 block of Northeast Airport Way. When they arrived, they found a crash involving Willis’ vehicle. He was deceased at the scene.
