  1. Opinion: Rising budgets, declining outcomes; Ridgefield’s educational paradox — published January 22, 2025

    Note of Correction: I have recently confirmed that RSD did remove the turf replacement and track resurfacing at the high school from the presented Prop 13. According to the Nov. 12, 2024 RSD Board presentation, that was still included but I was able to confirm this week that the turf and track projects were removed.

  2. Battle Ground City Councilor plans Main Street banner program — published January 7, 2021

    NOTE: An earlier version of this story stated that Battle Ground Public Schools paid for the Tiger Pride banners now along Main Street. It has been corrected to note that the high school paid for eight of the banners out of their own money, and alumni groups paid for the rest through donations.
