One person and two pets were displaced; no one was injured
The Vancouver Fire Department extinguished a house fire this morning.
At 8:19 a.m. Monday (Nov. 14), Vancouver Fire was dispatched to the report of a house fire at 6901 NE 101st Ct. in Vancouver. The Vancouver Fire Department responded with six engines, one truck, two training captains and two battalion chiefs. That response included one engine from Clark County Fire District 6.
Crews arrived quickly to find the house on fire. Initial engines on scene confirmed that everyone was out of the building. The fire was brought under control within 10 minutes. One person and two pets were displaced. No one was injured.
A Vancouver Fire Marshal was on scene to investigate the cause of the fire.
