On Tuesday (March 19), East County Fire and Rescue presented unit citations to ECFR Engine 91 and Camas-Washougal Fire Department Engine 43 for rescue of a trapped occupant from a house fire on Blair Road in February.

CWFD Engine 43
- Captain Chris Kassel

- Firefighter/Paramedic Rick Burnham
The members of Engine 91 and Engine 43 quickly stretched a hoseline to control the fire, searched for, located and removed the occupant from the house under difficult conditions presented by a large amount of building contents and energized electrical wiring.
