Judicial races are not always the most prominent events during the political season, but they are some of the most important. This year, five of the nine Washington State Supreme Court seats are up for election, and in order to highlight these key races, Washington Policy Center partnered with the William D. Ruckelshaus Center to host a series of debates between the candidates running for the different positions.

You can view these debates at our website, wasupremecourtvote.com, and read info about each candidate. All candidates agreed to debate but one, and so for that race we recorded an interview with Judge David Stevens which is also available to view there.
