VANCOUVER, Wash. — October 16, 2026 — Glavin Homes swept the People’s Choice awards at the 2026 Building Industry Association (BIA) GRO Parade of Homes. Their featured residence, The Copper Hearth, took home all nine honors, topping a competitive field of eight custom homes built for this year’s show in the Emerald Grove neighborhood in Vancouver, WA.

At 4,484 square feet, the European cottage-style home features heavy masonry, custom millwork, a saltwater pool, spa, and a built-in sauna. The award-winning interiors were directed by Renee Hicks of RH Design Collective.
