More than 450 walk to raise funds to fight multiple sclerosis
VANCOUVER — Some walked for moms, some walked for wives. Others walked for brothers. For husbands. In all, at least 450 pre-registered and many more showed up downtown Sunday morning at Esther Short Park to participate in Walk MS: Vancouver 2018. “Ending multiple sclerosis for good will take all of us,” the charity’s website says. “Together we become a powerful force. And with every step we take, every dollar we raise, we’re that much closer. Together, we will end MS forever.” The 3-mile walk started and ended at Esther Short Park. Here are some of the highlights.
