Where are the missing 50,000 light rail passengers?

TriMet’s broken promises on getting people to use transit — The Oregon Transportation Commission 2019 survey results indicate 51 percent of respondents want to expand and improve interstates and interstate bridges to fix traffic congestion. Another 14 percent want to expand and improve arterials. Only 11 percent wanted to expand multi-modal options and 6 percent wanted to change driving times.
