VANCOUVER — Those interested in starting or growing a career in education are encouraged to attend the Southwest Washington Education Job Fair Mon., March 20 at Educational Service District 112, 2500 NE 65th Ave., Vancouver.   The fair is open from 3-6:30 p.m. Career fair attendees will have the chance to visit face-to-face with school district recruiters from nine school districts as well as ESD 112 and Children Northwest.

Positions they will be seeking to fill for the 2017-18 school year include teachers and substitute teachers, paraeducators, bus drivers, food service workers, school nurses, special education professionals, occupational therapists, speech & language pathologists and more.   Participating districts include:

  This is a chance for job-seekers to ask questions and collect specific information about individual districts, their programs and communities and provides an easy opportunity to begin the application process.
