Runaway teen returned home to her family on Monday
Sevelin Hernandez-Mendez, a 13-year-old runaway juvenile female, returned to her family on Monday, Oct. 24. The Vancouver Police Department would like to thank the public for their assistance in looking for her. Sevelin had last been seen at her home at around 12:30 a.m. on Sun., Oct. 23.
