Journey Theater is proud to present The Adventures of Tom Sawyer (Theater For Young Audiences version), with opening night set for May 30 at Manor Evangelical Church in Battle Ground.
This is the tale of young Tom Sawyer and the never-ending mischief of which he so often finds himself a part; whether it’s matching wits with Aunt Polly, tricking his friends into white-washing a fence for him, or narrowly escaping the clutches of a murderous villain. Along with his best friend, Huckleberry Finn, and his love interest, Becky Thatcher, the greatest Tom Sawyer exploits are plucked from the book and plopped on the stage.
Tickets are on sale now at: https://journeytheater.org/ or by calling 360-750-8550. Adult tickets are $16. Youth and senior citizens are $13. The cost is $2 more at the door.
The first performance is Friday, May 30 at 7 p.m. There are two shows on May 31 — at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. The next week, there is a Friday evening performance (June 6) and a Saturday matinee (June 7.)

Journey Theater is a Jesus-centered nonprofit theater arts program that exists to grow youth and their families in character and purpose to be difference-makers in their world. Journey has been serving Clark County since 2002.
