VANCOUVER — Vancouver's historic Uptown Village will once again come alive with the sights and sounds of classic automobiles as Cruise the Couve returns on Saturday, July 18.
One of the Pacific Northwest's premier automotive events, Cruise the Couve attracts hundreds of vehicles and thousands of spectators from across the region and beyond. From meticulously restored classics and vintage cruisers to muscle cars, hot rods, customs, and specialty vehicles, the event celebrates the passion, craftsmanship, and history that unite generations of automotive enthusiasts.
The heart of the event is the iconic cruise, up and down Main Street, in the Uptown Village of Vancouver.

Vancouver's most anticipated summer traditions. For many local families, attending Cruise the Couve has become an annual tradition and a celebration of community, nostalgia, and shared experiences.
Cruise the Couve is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit that donates all proceeds back into the surrounding community.
Lifelong resident and President of Cruise the Couve, Bryan Shull, remembers weekend cruising being part of the very fabric of Main Street America and Vancouver. “Cruisin the gut has been a tradition for decades. My parents cruised here in the 60’s, I cruised as a teenager in the 80’s, and now we bring a festival atmosphere with public safety and community stewardship in focus, for an enduring Vancouver USA anchor event” says Shull.
In addition to showcasing remarkable vehicles, the event provides a significant boost to local businesses by drawing visitors to Vancouver's restaurants, shops, breweries, and attractions throughout the day.
New for 2026, attendees can also explore Chrome & Craft Market Alley, a curated marketplace
featuring local artists, makers, vintage vendors, and small businesses. The addition brings even more opportunities for visitors to shop local and experience the creativity that helps define the Pacific Northwest. This year’s market will be on 19th St, east and west of Main St, from noon-8 p.m.
Cruise the Couve takes place on Saturday, July 18, 2026, in Vancouver's Uptown Village district.
Spectator attendance is free.
