On Wednesday (Jan. 29) at about 5:30 a.m., Battle Ground Police officers responded ot a single vehicle crash in the area of NE 239th Street and 33rd Avenue.
Upon arrival, officers located a vehicle that had left the roadway and collided with a tree. The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation, and no further details are available. The Clark County Medical Examiner's Office will release the identity of the deceased.
