The leadership team of Concerned Christian Citizens of Clark County invites area residents and others to attend an upcoming event entitled “Wall Builders, with Tim Barton.’’
Wall Builders is a national organization that helps people discover the true story of America and its Biblical foundation to “preserve the past, provide for the present and prepare for the future.”
The event will be held Monday, Oct. 5 at Reign Church, located at 11608 NE 107th St. in Vancouver. The program will begin at 6:30 p.m. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
“Tim Barton is a leading scholar on the spiritual history of the United States,’’ said Dennis Fuqua, a member of the leadership team of Concerned Christian Citizens of Clark County. “As president of Wall Builders, he has original documents of many of the founding fathers and has written books on the influence of the church in the formation of our nation. As people say nowadays, ‘he comes with the receipts.’
“I believe those who hear Tim speak will come away with a greater ability to understand and communicate with others about how understanding our spiritual past will help people shape our spiritual future,’’ Fuqua added.
