An Emergency Level 3 GO NOW order was issued this afternoon for those near the Hidden Meadows Fire in North Clark County.
The emergency message from CRESA911 shared on Facebook, indicated the wildfire was burning West of Highway 503 between Hidden Meadows Drive and Mountain View Drive. Those within 0.5 miles of 14302 NE 346th St. were instructed they were in a Level 3 GO NOW evacuation zone and were told to leave immediately.
“Failure to act now may result in injury or death,’’ was the message from CRESA911 officials.
A temporary evacuation assembly area was set-up at Charter Oak Community Church, 12212 NE 299th St, in Battle Ground
SR 503 was closed approximately between NE 369th St./SE Gabriel Road and NE Rock Creek Road. Travelers were asked to please avoid the area and use alternate routes. Keeping roads clear is critical for emergency responders and residents evacuating the area. There is no estimated reopening time and no detour is available. Travelers should avoid the area if possible, use an alternate route and expect delays.
Those in the Level 2 BE SET and Level 1 BE READY have also been sent to the areas surrounding Hidden Meadows Drive and Mountain View Drive. The latest map has been updated and you can find the evacuation map linked here: https://experience.arcgis.com/.../76c2f512ca9a4b57b49.../...
