Findings conflict with CDC’s claim that vaccine never enters nucleus

Contrary to the CDC’s claim that the mRNA COVID-19 vaccines do not “change or interact with your DNA in any way,” a new Swedish study finds Pfizer’s shot goes into liver cells and converts to DNA.
It’s the first time that researchers have shown in vitro – or inside a petri dish – how an mRNA vaccine is converted into DNA on a human liver cell line, the Epoch Times reported.
It’s precisely what health experts and fact-checkers said for more than a year could not occur.
Dr. Peter McCullough, an internist, cardiologist and epidemiologist who is one of the leading critics of the COVID vaccines, said the findings have “enormous implications of permanent chromosomal change” that could drive a “whole new genre of chronic disease.”
The CDC assures Americans that the mRNA and the spike protein it produces in COVID-19 vaccines to create an immune response “don’t last long in the body.” On its website, the agency states: “Our cells break down mRNA and get rid of it within a few days after vaccination. Scientists estimate that the spike protein, like other proteins our bodies create, may stay in the body up to a few weeks.”
Further, the CDC says on a web page titled “Myths and Facts about COVID-19 Vaccines” that the “genetic material delivered by mRNA vaccines never enters the nucleus of your cells.”
However, the researchers at Lund University in Malmö, Sweden, found that the mRNA vaccine enters human liver cells and triggers the cell’s DNA in the nucleus to increase the production of the LINE-1 gene expression to make mRNA.
The whole process occurred rapidly, within six hours, concluded the study, which was published by the university’s Department of Clinical Sciences.
Pfizer did not comment on the study’s findings, the Epoch Times reported, stating only that its mRNA vaccine does not alter the human genome.
“Our COVID-19 vaccine does not alter the DNA sequence of a human cell,” a Pfizer spokesperson told paper in an email. “It only presents the body with the instructions to build immunity.”
Earlier this month, as WND reported, a peer-reviewed study published in the prestigious journal Cell by researchers at Stanford University found that the spike protein created by the COVID vaccines remains in the body much longer than believed and at levels higher than those of severely ill COVID-19 patients.
The Stanford researchers tested the duration of the protein in the body for 60 days and found that it lasted at least that long.
Dr. Robert Malone, the key inventor of the mRNA technology platform that later was used in the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna vaccines, described the implications of the Stanford study as a potential “health public policy nightmare” in an analysis on his Substack page.
The Swedish researchers also concluded the spike proteins expressed on the surface of the liver cells through the vaccine could target the immune system and possibly cause autoimmune hepatitis. They noted “case reports on individuals who developed autoimmune hepatitis” after getting the Pfizer shot.
The authors of the study cited the case of a healthy 35-year-old female who developed autoimmune hepatitis a week after her first dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. The researchers said there is a possibility that “spike-directed antibodies induced by vaccination may also trigger autoimmune conditions in predisposed individuals.”

Great news that the findings have now conclusively demonstrated the fact that the mRNA ‘vaccine’ can and does affect DNA. It surely is incorrect to call it a vaccine, when it is obviously a type of gene therapy. A vaccine delivers an antigen. The mRNA products turn the human body into a manufacturing plant of the SARS-Cov-2 spike protein. The repeated assurances from various government organizations on the safety and efficacy of the mRNA treatments are raising more and more doubts; all the more so because highly reputable scientists are deliberately discredited, vilified and silenced. Let’s hope the general public will start to think objectively and rationally sooner rather than later.

To be clear, Epoch times reported on an actual study. The study is probably accurate. The question is, what is the study telling us? The cells in question were cancerous liver cells. In vitro, meaning outside the body. And sometimes these studies use an abnormal amount, in this case, of the mRNA vaccines. What we need is for trusted experts to assess what level of concern there is and such. What’s unfortunate, is journalists posting a dumbed down version of the study with no effort to give us context from experts in the field. Epoch times doesn’t care about educating us, they just want us to read the article, and hopefully be filled with alarm and hate, and hopefully keep reading Epoch Times. It’s sad IMO that journalism is all about click bait and polarizing people, and not about giving us the best possible information so we can make better decisions.
Right on Michael. Those specific cells used in the lab were cancerous liver cells (not normal cells) and produced an enzyme that is also not normally present in normal liver cells. Can you please explain how the conclusions of that article (which I just read in its entirety) differ significantly from those reported?The article concludes with this (verbatim): “Our study is the first in vitro study on the effect of COVID-19 mRNA vaccine BNT162b2 on human liver cell line. We present evidence on fast entry of BNT162b2 into the cells and subsequent intercellular reverse transcription of BNT162b2 mRNA into DNA.” Hmm, pretty straightforward to me.
Just read the study also. My question is whether the liver cancer cell line used for this study has been infected by a retrovirus; can this explain the reverse transcriptase? Appreciated the opportunity to read the article, and agree it brings up interesting considerations. Really, demographic studies erase any doubt in my mind; the vaccines are effective at decreasing the overall public health burden of the pandemic. In my opinion, we are better off as a result of vaccines in general, and I am grateful for the rapid development and adoption of the Covid mRNA vaccines. That said, we still face more questions than answers. I have long wondered whether there is a second virus at play (as turned out to be the case in the influenza pandemic aftermath…with Parkinson’s)…My thoughts now are with those who suffer Long Covid. Hence my query.

That’s not what this study says at all. It’s one study. Do in a Petri dish. Because they can force this to happen in a perti dish does not mean this is what is happening in your body. Hell they can reverse the age of a cell in a Petri dish. But it doesn’t mean immortality is a shot away. Also you don’t get the shot in the live nor does it migrate to the liver. It does it’s work in 48 hours using your arm muscles cells. Then it stops. Your natural immune system does the rest. I’m a medical scientist to point out that this is my knowledge base.

Since, as you stated, in vitro and in vivo tests may differ, it is imperative to conduct in-depth research on any substance prior to prescribing any treatment – let alone mandating it to any sector of the community. Adverse events, no matter how rare, are not to be dismissed. The fact remains that there have been adverse events. As a medical scientist you undoubtedly know that current understanding of the human immune system is still in its infancy. The ability to create antibodies differ from person to person. It is known that an irritated immune system can result in cytokine storms or even autoimmunity, etc, etc.
Indeed, cellular/molecular biology, immunology and virology are truly fantastic subjects!
In a liberal democracy it is crucial to respect each person’s sovereign right to her/his body.

There are lots of critisms of that study-it is in a petrie dish not the human body and the liver cell line used is a cancerous cell line-meaning that it is replicating faster than normal tissue cells do. So it is an extremely flawed study, also-mRNA is actually not capable of becoming DNA if you know anything about molecular biology.
Thank you for your reply. Agreed the experiment was in vitro using a liver cell – a little knowledge is better than zero, and this is very normal in any lab work. So much remains a question mark, open to conjecture, assumptions and the like. I do really appreciate it that many researchers are willing to openly share their findings, and risk vilification. I may agree, or disagree, with their results – but I respect them for what they do. Science used to be an exercise in interchange and collaboration, with changes happening non-stop. It is a pity that it has become so highly politicized in recent years.
As for molecular biology – one of my top favorite subjects, along with virology, immunology and neurology. A more recent one is epigenetics.

Since the article doesn’t specifically mention it, the study is probably this one –
Intracellular Reverse Transcription of Pfizer BioNTech COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2 In Vitro in Human Liver Cell Line
They used a cancerous liver cell line (huh7) and indicate the following in the study-
“We detected high levels of BNT162b2 in Huh7 cells and changes in gene expression of long interspersed nuclear element-1 (LINE-1), which is an endogenous reverse transcriptase.”
This means that the liver cells used in the study have the ability to transcribe RNA into DNA due to the presence of this reverse transcriptase which is not present in normal liver cells. They clearly state in the study that they were studying hepatic effects (effects in liver disease) and not effects in a healthy living being.
It is also an in vitro study which is intended to explore the possibility of an effect under controlled lab conditions before investing in a deeper study to explore the effect in a living environment.

I find their research stimulating as well as thought provoking, since it places much needed focus on the immune system.

My question is: do the mRNA Covid-19 vacc!nes actually impair the human immune system by inhibiting or reducing the ability to make inferon, thereby incapacitating the innate human response? You have to have that innate system for an antibody to work!

Personally I support freedom of choice based on open and factual scientific data.
Thus far there remain too many ‘unknowns’ about both the efficacy and the risks of the mRNA vaccines. For those reasons alone, it is wrong to mandate it in a country that once was “the cradle of democracy”.

The mRNA vaccines deliver mRNA into the cell but not into the nucleus of the cell where the nuclear DNA exists. It’s my understanding that the biomolecular machinery necessary to convert DNA or RNA into a form that can be inserted back into the cellular DNA has to be present within the nucleus to affect such genetic changes within a cell. Also, our cells normally create mRNA within the nucleus through a multi-stage process and transport it out of the nucleus via a one way process that doesn’t allow mRNA back into the nucleus. The mRNA vaccines lack the necessary components to transport it (mRNA) back into the nucleus, but viruses- including Covid-19- do have and depend on that capability. That’s how a virus works. It makes it’s way, all the way, to the nucleus and uses the normal cellular function to produce more viruses.
The papers you referenced, published on a pre-print server, don’t call into question the efficacy of the pfizer vaccine, but do suggest that a possiblility of reduced efficacy of additional vaccinations, such as the seasonal flu vaccine.
From that paper-
” BNT162b2 vaccine is clearly protective against COVID-19, but the duration of this protection is not yet known, and one could envisage future generations of the vaccine incorporating this knowledge to improve the range and duration of the protection. Prior to HIV and AIDS, scientists thought DNA transcription was a one way street, DNA codes to RNA. But HIV uses an enzyme, Reverse Transcriptase, that lets an RNA virus embed in your DNA. That process is called Reverse Transcription. The study, which is mentioned in the headline to this article and mentioned in the Epoch Times article, looks at the Pfizer vaccine in a Petri dish with liver cells. DNA is obviously mentioned multiple times in the study. Sorry. Here is one example for you… “BNT162b2 mRNA is reverse transcribed intracellularly into DNA as fast as 6 [hours] after BNT162b2 exposure.”

I am neither pro-, nor anti-, vaccine.
It is important to make an effort to maintain objectivity, and to respond rather than react – particularly when it concerns matters of health. That is the approach I have practised throughout the years. Scientists like Dr Peter McCullough, Dr Robert Malone, and countless others, have made an effort to share their knowledge based on their education and research. Each person is entitled to an opinion – there is no need, however, to cast dispersions on people or things or aspects that are different. Mutual respect and equality get far better results than aggression or insults.
In a new peer-reviewed study by researchers at Stanford University it was found that the spike protein created by the COVID vaccines remains in the body much longer than believed and at levels higher than those of severely ill COVID-19 patients.
The Stanford researchers tested the duration of the protein in the body for 60 days and found that it lasted at least that long.
A study published in Cell quantitatively measured spike protein levels in plasma post-vaccination. It also found that the levels are higher than the levels observed in a person with a severe COVID-19 infection. The persistence of the synthetic spike protein in lymph node germinal centers is a matter for more in-depth research.
Typically, vaccines use a live virus that has been attenuated, or weakened; the messenger RNA ‘vaccines’, however, deliver laborary-created genetic material that instruct cells how to produce the spike protein, which then prods the body’s immune system to produce antibodies – so the theory goes.
The use of a modified chemical called pseudouridine to encode the spike protein, and unique nanoparticles to deliver the mRNA ‘vaccine’ also require much more detailed research to ascertain what it does inside the body, particularly over the long term.
Those are but a few of the myriad aspects of the mRNA ‘vaccine’ that have thus far eluded detailed, factual explanation. For scientists they provide challenges that are impossible to ignore.

I already know that the mRNA affects the DNA as the mRNA(messenger) write the code to the DNA and needs amino acids to work properly.
It’s in my book I study to work in health care. Ive been sick from the mRNA vaccine and currently waiting on testing, my lungs have been affected, ive become allergic to everything, especially alcohol. I had to quit my job and now looking for answers. The Sputnik vaccine is an adenovirus vaccine that works differently, yet it was never consider in north America, now there’s a plant base vaccine. So what is truly the real deal/vaccine. Here comes more health issues to deal with. They don’t even know what they do in a lab. It’s the kids I worry about. What have they done to their genetics, no one talks about what Gene/chromosome was the target for this mRNA.

My own approach to healing has always been a ‘personalized’ one, because each person is different and the ‘one size fits all’ symptoms-based treatment is far from successful. This study comes from an unreviewed open publish website called MDPI. This hasn’t been proven to be true in any case, and it would be incredibly surprising if it was.
Reverse transcription is a well-known process where the mRNA will infiltrate the cell, and change the DNA. This is only seen in retroviruses, and it requires the reverse transcriptase enzyme, which isn’t present in the vaccine RNA.
Before claiming this as true, I strongly suggest waiting until these studies are peer-reviewed and published in a reputable journal.

“Operation Warp Speed brought to market in the United States two mRNA vaccines, produced by Pfizer and Moderna. Interim data suggested high efficacy for both of these vaccines, which helped legitimize Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) by the FDA. However, the exceptionally rapid movement of these vaccines through controlled trials and into mass deployment raises multiple safety concerns. In this review we first describe the technology underlying these vaccines in detail. We then review both components of and the intended biological response to these vaccines, including production of the spike protein itself, and their potential relationship to a wide range of both acute and long-term induced pathologies, such as blood disorders, neurodegenerative diseases and autoimmune diseases. Among these potential induced pathologies, we discuss the relevance of prion-protein-related amino acid sequences within the spike protein. We also present a brief review of studies supporting the potential for spike protein “shedding”, transmission of the protein from a vaccinated to an unvaccinated person, resulting in symptoms induced in the latter. We finish by addressing a common point of debate, namely, whether or not these vaccines could modify the DNA of those receiving the vaccination. Here we investigated the possibility that SARS-CoV-2 RNAs can be reverse-transcribed and integrated into the human genome and that transcription of the integrated sequences might account for PCR-positive tests. In support of this hypothesis, we found chimeric transcripts consisting of viral fused to cellular sequences in published data sets of SARS-CoV-2 infected cultured cells and primary cells of patients, consistent with the transcription of viral sequences integrated into the genome. To experimentally corroborate the possibility of viral retro-integration, we describe evidence that SARS-CoV-2 RNAs can be reverse transcribed in human cells by reverse transcriptase (RT) from LINE-1 elements or by HIV-1 RT, and that these DNA sequences can be integrated into the cell genome and subsequently be transcribed. Human endogenous LINE-1 expression was induced upon SARS-CoV-2 infection or by cytokine exposure in cultured cells, suggesting a molecular mechanism for SARS-CoV-2 retro-integration in patients. In order to preserve medical ethics it is best to avoid dogmatism, ie keep an open mind and never subject any patients to any risk of harm, potential or otherwise. Primum non nocere!
Stephanie Seneff and Greg Nigh are certainly not “highly reputable researchers” as stated. Seneff has a history of flashing her MIT credentials around on subjects she lacks the necessary expertise in. A computer science degree doesn’t make you an expert in biology, immunology, genetics or medicine. She does have a talent for establishing correlations, though never makes the convincing step to establish causation.
Apparently, Greg Nigh has no valid credentials or training in any field relevant to this topic.
The papers they co-authored are opinion pieces, not studies, based on unsubstantiated correlations.
I read the study. It Doesn’t seem to claim what this article claims it does. It NEVER claims vaccines alter DNA. The study explores the differences between natural immunity and vaccination. It states that the high spike protein presence could lead to immune imprinting. Which is immunity against a wider spread of variants.

The study only measured reverse-transcription in cells, meaning Pfizer mRNA was re-coded into DNA, but it requires a lot more for that DNA to be re-integrated into the cell genome (what is called RETRO-TRANSPOSITION, which this study found zero evidence for). In fact, most RNAs in a cell are probably reverse transcribed to DNA due to random interactions, but this by now way means that DNA is being put back into the genome as DNA…
You really should consult experts about studies when you have a terrible understanding of the science… Articles like this are the reason people are so misinformed… please redact this, its just wrong.

Whilst mRNA may not change DNA, it may alter gene expression.
Epigenetics is a key mechanism that regulate gene expression. Our lifestyle is a major determinant how our genes are expressed.
Genes do not determine destiny.
DNA methylation is but one mechanism that cells use to regulate which genes are actively expressed or suppressed.
A genetic predisposition for a disease, for example, can be counterbalanced by an appropriate healthy lifestyle that modulates the epigenome of the affected tissues. It is clear that there is a high level of individual responsibility for living a healthy lifestyle to maintain health. Understanding epigenetics provides this life philosophy from the molecular perspective.
Three classes of epigenetic regulation are known to date: DNA methylation, histone modification, and noncoding RNA action.
DNA is the same from cell to cell and remains unchanged. Tiny molecules, like methyl groups, are attached to the DNA backbone to regulate which genes are actively being transcribed into RNAs and translated into proteins. DNA methylation is essential in the control of gene functions or expressions.
Epigenetics is a change in phenotype that does not involve a change in the nucleotide sequence in the DNA per se, ie a change in genotype. This is a very basic definition.
A genotype refers to the genetic characteristics of an organism.
A phenotype refers to its physical characteristics. For example, having green eyes (an autosomal recessive trait) is a phenotype; missing the gene for brown eyes is a genotype.
Thus a phenotype is the set of observable characteristics of an individual, caused by the interaction of its genotype with the environment, particularly a person’s lifestyle.

The request by the FDA to have 75 years before releasing Pfizer clinical data on the Covid-19 mRNA vaccine was, thankfully, refused by a Judge. Consequently the first 55,000 pages have now been released – they make compelling reading. Very revealing, enlightening, and extremely worrying.
Better still, no science or medical degree is needed to get the gist of its contents, specifically the myriad of adverse events.
To me the revelations confirm the serious concerns that numerous scientists have raised since the early days of the ‘plan’demic. Most concerning indeed!

The question is: why do some people get Covid-19, but others do not get it at all or, if they do, they recover naturally. I believe that the difference lies in the immune system, ie innate and adaptive. A robust immune system protects the terrain from attacks. It most certainly does not need any reprogramming by vaccines or pharmaceuticals. Current understanding of this highly intricate system is, at best, in its infancy.
Is it luck? Absolutely not.
Is it genetic? Epigenetics is the answer.

Perhaps there should have been a more controlled trial. Group a of 100 or so people given the vaccine kept in location a though allowed out to do normal daily activities and group b all same standards but no vaccine. 1 & 3 month sickness, infection, and mortality rates. With 6month 1 year 2 year long term effect studies.
I’m alive today. I was not sick yesterday, and I am also okay with masks. Why you ask. Because I didn’t even catch a cold during all of this. How awesome is that.
I know of another independent study that was done on methamphetamine users. Not one regular user was sickened by COVID. Not that I suggest the use of amphetamines however it’s a basis for future studies on what chemical protected or killed the virus.
