VANCOUVER — The Professional Women in Building (PWB) and the Building Industry Association (BIA) of Clark County are proud to announce the winners of the 2025 Pink Hard Hat Awards, recognizing outstanding women making an impact in the building industry. The awards celebrate leadership, innovation, and excellence in various industry sectors.
This year’s distinguished honorees are:
Community Leadership Award – Sarah Neibert, Affinity Homes
Industry Champion Award – Erin Lambley, Tapani Inc.
Rising Star Award – Braeden Carnahan, Blaze Restoration
Trailblazer Award – Wendy Lepisto, New Tradition Homes
Woman of Design Award – Kaylin Harris, Affinity Homes
Woman of Development Award – Jocelyn Cross, Hurley Development
Woman of Innovation Award – Juli Talbert, West Coast General Construction
Woman of Media Award – Laura Hanson, New Tradition Homes
“The Pink Hard Hat Awards highlight the incredible contributions of women in the building industry,” said Candace Hanks, Chair of Professional Women in Building of Clark County. “These winners exemplify leadership, dedication, and innovation in their respective fields. We are honored to recognize their achievements and the lasting impact they have on our industry and community.”
The awards ceremony took place on February 20, 2025 at Royal Oaks Country Club, bringing together industry professionals, community leaders, and supporters to celebrate the recipients.
