The Clark County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the deceased as Perry J. Sellars, age 44, of Vancouver
Vancouver Police Department (Vancouver P.D.) officers involved in a use of deadly force incident that occurred in Vancouver, Wash.
The two involved officers are:
- Officer Sean Donaldson, with Vancouver P.D. since October 2014, currently assigned to the Traffic Unit.
- Officer Christopher Holmquist, with Vancouver P.D. since January 2023, currently assigned to Patrol.
The fatal encounter occurred around midnight the evening of Sat., Dec. 27 in Vancouver. The Clark County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the deceased as Perry J. Sellars, age 44, of Vancouver.
