VANCOUVER – The League of Women Voters of Clark County has scheduled three candidate forums ahead of the Nov. 4 general election.
Candidates for Camas and Washougal city councils and the Port of Camas-Washougal Commission will participate in a forum on Sept. 6 at the Camas Public Library.
On Sept. 24, candidates for Vancouver mayor and Vancouver City Council, Positions 1 and 2, will answer questions at the Vancouver Community Library.
An Oct. 10 forum at the Vancouver library will feature those running for Vancouver and Evergreen school boards, Clark Regional Wastewater District Commission, and Vancouver City Council, Position 3.

The nonpartisan League of Women Voters was founded by leaders of the women’s suffrage movement in 1920. For 105 years, the League has worked to empower voters and defend democracy.
