Clark County – Law enforcement agencies in SW Washington are teaming up to add additional DUI patrols for the BIG GAME on Sunday (Feb. 9).
Each year this event brings friends and families together to celebrate and watch the Big Game. While most adults in Washington do not drive under the influence, nearly 50% of fatal traffic crashes are due to impaired driving.
Target Zero reminds our community that safe driving is a team sport. You can MAKE A DIFFERENCE! This year the real MVPs are – our designated drivers. The ones who get us from point A to point B safely and soberly. Team up to keep our families and friends safe this Sunday. In Washington, our goal is simple: ZERO people in your household are involved in a serious or fatal crash. #GoTEAM #DesignateAMVP

Discuss: Let friends know you planned a sober ride, and encourage them to also
Advocate: Say something, intervene if someone is about to make an unsafe choice, offer a ride or place to stay
