Tracey Fernandez of PeaceHealth Columbia Network and Phil Wuest of the Ginn Group are now members of Identity Clark County’s Board of Directors
Identity Clark County, a nonprofit business advocacy organization with more than 100 members, appointed Tracey Fernandez and Phil Wuest to its Board of Directors earlier this month.
Fernandez has served as the Chief Financial Officer at PeaceHealth Columbia Network since 2020. She has 25 years of healthcare finance experience, including CFO positions for Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley, Calif., and at Riverside Community Hospital in Riverside, Calif. She has a degree from the University of Southern California and is a certified public accountant.
Wuest is President and Chief Development Officer of Ginn Group, a Vancouver-based real estate development firm. Before going Ginn Group in 2017, he practiced law, served as transportation development manager for the City of Vancouver, and was travel model analyst for Clark County. He has a juris doctorate from Lewis and Clark Law School.
