Brush Strokes In Motion wraps up with up with Cheryl Mathieson and Matthew Clarkson Demos this week at RedDoor Gallery
RedDoor Gallery invites the public to experience magic behind the masterpieces of Cheryl Mathieson and Matthew Clarkson on Friday and Saturday as the grand finale for Brush Strokes in Motion.
This Friday (Jan. 30), from 3-6 p.m., be inspired by Cheryl Mathieson’s live oil paint demo. Plein Air painting has emerged as Cheryl’s creative catalyst, igniting a profound transformation in her approach. Watch her paint on Friday afternoon at RedDoor as she captures the ephemeral dance of light and shadow.
Then on Saturday (Jan. 31) from 3-6 p.m., Matthew Clarkson performs a live demo using his signature alcohol ink painting process. Over the years, he has experimented with several other art mediums, but he’s been intrigued with alcohol inks for the past several years. It’s an elusive medium that responds best to spontaneity and serendipity. Both Mathieson and Clarkson are top selling artists at RedDoor Gallery.
RedDoor Gallery invites art lovers and curious visitors to experience the creative process, meet artists and feel the art, up close and personal.
