Event in Battle Ground on March 7 is for cat people — well, for friends of all animals actually — and will feature pet-themed businesses and fun activities, as well as an opportunity to donate to the North County Community Food Bank
Humans who love their cats can hang out, buy some coffee, and donate to a worthy cause this Saturday in Battle Ground.

We meant Caturday.
It’s Coffee Caturday, a lively community celebration of all things feline, happening Saturday, March 7, from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the Battle Ground Senior Center.
Co-sponsored by Pampurred Pet Care and Paws Cascadia, Coffee Caturday will bring together 10 local businesses and organizations for a fun, welcoming day centered on pets, community connection, and giving back to the community. Attendees can purchase YMF Coffee, browse interesting pet-themed goods, meet local organizations, take part in drawings, and donate cat food and cat litter to the North County Community Food Bank.
While the theme is for cat lovers, dog people are welcome, too. The food bank will also be accepting dog food. The North County Community Food Bank not only provides food for people in need, it also helps them provide for their pets.

Coffee Caturday is free to attend and designed to be inclusive, joyful, and community-focused — a perfect Saturday outing for animal lovers of all kinds.
