VANCOUVER – Applications for Clark County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) funds will be available beginning Wednesday, Oct. 1. In 2026, Clark County expects to award approximately $2,874,000 to community development and housing activities.
Applications will be completed and submitted through Neighborly Software. Applicants are encouraged to participate in a pre-submittal workshop to review application questions and program requirements:

- Single-family housing, business assistance programs

The Applicant Information and Preliminary Eligibility Review sections of the online application must be completed by Friday, Oct. 31. Fully completed applications are due by Friday, Dec. 5. All funding awarded must benefit Clark County neighborhoods and households with low- to moderate-income. Housing developers, nonprofit organizations and local government agencies are eligible to apply. Proposed activities must comply with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s funding requirements.
