C-TRAN has been providing rides to the fair for decades
There was a post on social media last week from Visit Vancouver that showed a picture of a C-TRAN bus stopped at the Clark County Fair. It was a throwback picture, from before the turn of the century.
Yes, C-TRAN has been taking fairgoers to the fair for decades.
That tradition will continue in 2023.
Take a free ride to all the rides … and the animals, vendors, concerts, dog shows, science projects, demolition derby, monster trucks, and more. The 2023 Clark County Fair opens Friday, Aug. 4, and runs through Aug. 13.
C-TRAN will have shuttle service from six locations throughout Clark County. The round-trip fare is free, plus shuttle riders will get a $1 discount off fair gate admission when they present their bus transfer coupons at any entry gate.
The locations:
- 99th Street Transit Center at Stockford Village
- Fisher’s Landing Transit Center
- Battle Ground, north of community center
- Ridgefield Park and Ride
- Vancouver Mall (upper lot near JC Penney)
- La Center Park and Ride
The last bus departs the fairgrounds at 11 p.m. every day.
