Event to be held Wed., June 10; not open to the general public
RIDGEFIELD — The end-of-year outdoor ceremony for the first “graduating” class of the Ridgefield Early Learning Center will be held Wednesday as 25 preschoolers will be promoted to kindergarten.
The event will take place outdoors and include social distancing measures. It will be held Wed., June 10, from 5-6 p.m. at the Ridgefield Administrative & Civic Center (RACC), 510 Pioneer Street, in Ridgefield.
In the procession, the children (accompanied by their parents) and wearing special graduation hats and leis, will walk around the building, get their photo taken and receive their promotion certificates at the top of the building’s historic steps.
