Registration for the Ridgefield Public Schools Foundation's 10th Annual Turkey Trot, presented by the Cowlitz Indian Tribe, Columbia Credit Union, and Alyssa Curran Realty Group, opened this week.
The Turkey Trot event, held each Thanksgiving morning, is a 5K run/walk through historic Ridgefield and along the beautiful Ridgefield waterfront. Last year's event attracted more than 1,100 participants and volunteers. We're looking forward to another big turnout in support of our local schools and students.
Proceeds from the event benefit the Ridgefield Public Schools Foundation and the Ridgefield Family Resource Center.
