Akin will continue its new Bundles of Love campaign with a free baby supply giveaway at the Hazel Dell Fred Meyer in Vancouver. Families and caregivers will receive a free tote bag filled with at least 80 diapers and other essential baby supplies, including wipes, baby food and community resources, while supplies last.
The event is designed to connect families with Akin’s Family Resource Centers (FRCs), where they can access ongoing support including food assistance, early learning programs, behavioral health resources, and more.
When:
- Saturday, August 1 and Sunday, August 2, 2026
- 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. each day (while supplies last)

- Hazel Dell Fred Meyer (7700 NE Highway 99, Vancouver, WA 98665)
Why:
- Diapers are among the most requested items at Akin’s Family Resource Centers. They are expensive and typically cannot be purchased with SNAP benefits.
- The Bundles of Love campaign meets an immediate need while introducing families to free, year-round services that strengthen family well-being.
