Video: Columbia River rallies to top Washougal

The Columbia River Chieftains got a short touchdown pass from Matthew Asplund to Jack Armstrong midway through the fourth quarter to take the lead, and the River defense got the stop for a 14-13 victory over Washougal. It was Armstrong’s first game of the season.
