Victor, who has Hawaiian ancestry, is among dozens of players from throughout the country in this all-star game that celebrates culture and football.

The game also features some of the top recruits in the nation.

Victor, still undecided on his college plans, played quarterback at Union, leading the Titans to a 14-0 record and a Class 4A state championship in 2018.

In college, he is expected to be a receiver and special teams talent.

The game can be seen on CBS Sports Network (check your cable or satellite provider) at 9 p.m. Saturday.
