With the amount of money the State of Washington is collecting in Gasoline Taxes, they shouldn’t need more revenue generating schemes. Just use all of the current gasoline taxes for transportation projects….
I would like to see a financial accounting of the previous gas tax hike that was supposed to go for street & Highway repair. The State seeks tax happy and cannot resist new ways to stick it to the motoring public. Many well traveled streets in Clark County now resemble Portland’s badly kept streets
