John Horch, Rey Reynolds and David Shook share their vision for the Clark County Sheriff’s Office at event held Friday
Three candidates attempting to become the next sheriff of the Clark County Sheriff’s Office participated in a candidate forum held Friday at Groove Nation in Vancouver. The event was held by the Clark County Republican Women.
John Horch, Rey Reynolds and David Shook took part in the debate-style format. Each candidate was given three minutes to deliver an opening statement and another three minutes for a closing statement.
The candidates were then asked to answer questions in alternating order. Each candidate was given two minutes to answer each question and an additional minute to make one rebuttal statement at the end of each question.
