On Feb. 3, Ricardo Espinoza-Dominguez was reported as missing to the Vancouver Police Department. Close friends and family report last having communication with Ricardo in October and November of 2021. He does not have family in the Vancouver/Portland area.
Espinoza-Dominguez is described as a very private person and little information is known about his personal life, last known clothing description or address. Espinoza-Dominguez is a 37-year-old Hispanic male, 5-foot-8 and 190 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
It is likely Espinoza-Dominguez was living in his vehicle, a red 2018 Nissan Altima with a Washington State license plate of BSC9299.
