Timothy Torix, 62, called his family to report he was in Eugene area and didn’t remember how he got there
The Vancouver Police Department has reported that a missing and endangered man has been found.
At about 2:45 p.m., the Vancouver Police was notified that Timothy Torix located in Roseburg, Oregon by an Oregon State Trooper. Timothy’s family has been contacted with his whereabouts.
Torix is a 62-year-old male that was reported earlier Monday as missing and endangered. He called his family to report he was in the Eugene, Oregon-area and didn’t remember how he got there and was unable to identify his actual location.

Torix has severe health issues including recent liver failure and is also experiencing a mental health crisis. Torix is listed as 5-foot-9, 155 pounds, with brown eyes and brown/grey hair.
