Joshua Ryan was located, arrested, and booked into the Clark County Jail
VANCOUVER –The Vancouver Police Department arrested a suspect in a stabbing incident that took place Sunday morning.
On Sunday (June 20) at about 9:20 a.m., Vancouver Police responded to the report of a stabbing in the 3300 block of E 18th street. The victim was taking a walk in the area when an unknown male approached him unprovoked, stabbed him in the back with a knife before he fled on foot.
The suspect was identified as 29-year-old Joshua A. Ryan.
The victim was transported to an area hospital and is expected to survive. The investigation indicates this was a random act of violence.
