Alexandro Bolton Manrero, 19, was charged with Murder II in connection to the Nov. 19 shooting death of Josue Isac Lopez Padilla
VANCOUVER – Vancouver Police, with assistance from the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and the SW Washington Regional SWAT team, located and arrested a suspect in a homicide that took place on Nov. 19.
Alexandro Bolton Manrero, 19, was charged with Murder II in connection to the Nov. 19 shooting death of Josue Isac Lopez Padilla. Manrero was booked into the Clark County Jail.
On (Friday) Nov. 19 at about 8:29 p.m., Vancouver Police were dispatched to 4931 NE 112th Ave. after AMR personnel had been flagged down by a citizen reporting a person had been shot in the parking lot of that location, which is the site of the Beverage Tobacco Zone.
Josue Isac Lopez Padilla was transported to an area hospital prior to police arrival but did not survive his injuries. He was later identified by the Clark County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Detectives from the Vancouver Police Department Major Crimes Unit are continuing the investigation.
