At about 4 p.m. Thursday (March 14), the Vancouver Fire Department was called to the Hough Neighborhood for the smell of natural gas in the area.
First-arriving firefighters could hear a loud “hissing” sound and could smell the familiar smell of rotten eggs in the area of 1100 W. Fourth Plain Blvd. indicating a possible gas leak.
