KELSO – On April 8, 2024, Silent Majority Foundation secured a significant win for the citizens in Washington v. Gators Guns when we obtained a statewide Injunction barring the enforcement of ESSB5078 (Washington’s ban on “large-capacity magazines”). Unfortunately, Washington Attorney General Bob Ferguson immediately appealed the injunction to the WA Supreme Court Commissioner, who, a mere 88 minutes later, issued a stay of the Injunction.
Tomorrow, Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at 3:30 PM, SMF will be before the Commissioner arguing to dissolve the stay.
