A preliminary investigation revealed that the victim had entered a neighboring mobile home when he was shot by an unidentified male inside
On Tuesday (March 4) at about 5:30 p.m., the Clark County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported shooting at Callaham’s Mobile Court, located at 10804 NE Highway 99 in Vancouver.
Upon arrival, deputies provided medical aid to a 61-year-old male who had sustained a gunshot wound to his lower leg. The victim was transported to a local hospital, where he remains in stable condition.
A preliminary investigation revealed that the victim had entered a neighboring mobile home when he was shot by an unidentified male inside. Detectives obtained a search warrant for the residence and discovered a significant amount of blood inside. While no firearm was recovered, investigators did locate a bullet beneath the floor of the home.
