CAMAS — Cole Burbank was reported missing by his parents on April 13. Immediately after taking the report, Camas Police began an intense investigation in the attempts to locate Cole as quickly as possible.
Multiple law enforcement agencies across the region have aided in the search for Cole. Camas Police would like to thank the Vancouver Police and the Clark County Sheriff’s Office for their assistance.
Vancouver’s Digital Evidence Cybercrime Unit are actively using their resources to attempt to locate Cole through online and cellular accounts. In addition, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue Teams are continuing a search of many square miles of heavily wooded areas in search of Cole.
The Camas Police would like to express gratitude to the public for the numerous tips they have reported and the number of people who have volunteered their time to assist in searching for Cole. Unfortunately, at this point, none of the tips have given authorities any information as to Cole’s current whereabouts.
The Camas Police are encouraging the public to continue to stay vigilant and report all tips to 9-1-1 as soon as possible. The search for Cole remains a high priority.
