Jessica Rogers Fern was last seen on Tuesday leaving her residence in Ridgefield
The Ridgefield Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Jessica Rogers Fern, who was last seen on Aug. 15 at about 6 p.m., leaving her residence in Ridgefield.
Fern is 33 years old, is 5-foot-5 and weighs approximately 100 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a flannel long sleeve button up shirt and black shorts.
Fern left her home in her black Ford Edge, with her dog. Jessica’s dog was located at the Vancouver waterfront on Aug. 16 at 11:50 a.m.. On Aug. 17, her vehicle was located in Clackamas County, near Clackamas Town Center.

Fern has been entered as a missing person. The Ridgefield Police Department is working closely with her friends and family to locate her.
