Darrell Stonehouse had been reported missing on Saturday
Vancouver resident Darrell Stonehouse was found Monday morning by a BNSF police officer near the train tracks in Fruit Valley. Stonehouse had been reported missing on Saturday.
According to a Vancouver Police Department report, the 72-year-old Stonehouse suffers from dementia symptoms. He was conscious and alert when he was found and was taken to the hospital for evaluation.
Stonehouse reported missing on Saturday (Aug. 15) from his home in the NW Lincoln neighborhood. Stonehouse was believed to have been on the Discovery and Burnt Bridge Creek trail on Saturday and several unsubstantiated sightings were reported in the Downtown area on Sunday.
