Father of Caden Milligan has been taken into police custody
The father of a 3-year-old child who was reported missing Wednesday (Feb. 15) by the Vancouver Police Department is now in police custody.
Three-year-old Zayne Alex Taylor was located and is safe according to an update provided by Vancouver Police Thursday morning. His father Caden Milligan is in custody.
Zayne was last seen with his father, who does not have custody. According to Vancouver Police, Milligan fled with the child following a criminal investigation.
