Juvenile male taken into custody and charged with Murder II
A male juvenile is in custody after being charged with Murder II after an incident Monday night.
On Monday (May 16) at about 11:05 p.m., Clark County Sheriff’s Office deputies respond to the Golden West Mobile trailer park at 6816 NE 131st Ave. on the report of gunshots. When deputies arrived, they located evidence of a possible gunshot victim.
A short time later, a one vehicle collision was reported a couple blocks from the trailer park. The driver of the vehicle was deceased from a gunshot wound.
Clark County Major Crimes Unit responded and during the course of the investigation a juvenile male was taken into custody. The juvenile male was booked into the Clark County Juvenile Detention facility on the charges of Murder II, Unlawful Possession of a firearm and Possession of an Unlawful firearm.
This is an ongoing investigation being conducted by the Clark County Major Crimes Unit.
