Joe Biden, delivering the 2022 Christmas message from the president’s office to America, neglected to mention the reason for the season, Jesus Christ.

Columnist Todd Starnes pointed out Biden’s failing in a commentary.

“That’s right, folks. The president failed to mention the name of Jesus during his address. He gave a shout-out to Muslims and Buddhists, but not the Son of God,” Starnes wrote online.

“He did, however, reference ‘a child Christians believe to be the son of God.”

Starnes then schooled Biden: “Actually, He IS the Son of God, Mr. President. And Jesus is the only reason for the season.”

Biden explained, “The Christmas story is at the heart of the Christmas — Christian faith. But the message of hope, love, peace, and joy, they’re also universal. It speaks to all of us, whether we’re Christian, Jewish, Hindu, Muslim, Buddhist, or any other faith, or no faith at all. It speaks to all of us as human beings who are here on this Earth to care for one another, to look out for one another, to love one another.”

He cited the loss of life from the COVID-19 pandemic, which originated in China and spread around the globe, killing millions.

And he condemned that politics “has gotten so angry, so mean, so partisan.” This just weeks after her angrily ranted at MAGA Republicans and warned voters to support them was to support the end of democracy.

In President Trump’s last Christmas message, he mentioned Jesus or God multiple times, and it took him only until the second sentence of his speech to say, “While our gatherings might look different than in years past, this Christmas, like every Christmas, is an opportunity for us to celebrate the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ, and show our heartfelt gratitude for the abundant blessings God has bestowed upon our lives and country.”
