A female employee of the Battle Ground Walmart store informed officers the night of Dec. 5 that she was using the women’s restroom in the store when she discovered the subject taking pictures of her through a gap in the stall door. Once discovered the suspect walked to an unknown location. He was found by store employees a short time later in a stall of the same women’s restroom. Store employees reported that when they approached and questioned him about the incident, he immediately left the store.

The incident occurred the evening of Dec. 5, between approximately 6:30-7:10 p.m. Employees described the suspect as an 18-to- 20-year-old white male, average build, scruffy, wearing a camouflage jacket, blue jeans, brown work boots and a Metal Mulisha hat. He was seen leaving the parking lot in the pictured older model, small, dark truck without a bed, perhaps a flatbed in-the-making.
