BATTLE GROUND — The Battle Ground City Council is seeking applications from citizens interested in serving an unexpired term for Battle Ground City Council Position No. 6, which expires in December of 2017.
An eligible applicant must be a registered voter in Clark County and have been a resident of the city of Battle Ground continuously for at least one year preceding the appointment.
The city council meets regularly on the first and third Monday of each month for a study session that begins at 6 p.m. and the general meeting that begins at 7 p.m. City council members often have committee meetings and other time obligations in addition to council meetings.
