If a voter does not receive a ballot by Thu., July 22, they should contact the Elections Office to request a replacement ballot
VANCOUVER ‒ Beginning Fri., July 16, ballots will be in the mail to all registered voters in the following jurisdictions: city of Camas Wards 1 and 3, city of La Center, city of Vancouver, city of Washougal, Town of Yacolt, Battle Ground School District, Evergreen Public Schools, Hockinson School District, Vancouver Public Schools, Fire Protection District No. 5, Clark Regional Wastewater District and Emergency Medical Service District No. 1.
If a voter does not receive a ballot by Thu., July 22, they should contact the Elections Office at (564) 397-2345 to request a replacement ballot. Although replacement ballots may be requested in person at the Elections Office, staff encourages voters to request a replacement by email, or by phone.
After July 22, replacement ballots may also be requested or accessed electronically at votewa.gov to print out and return by mail or drop box. Email requests should be sent to elections@clark.wa.gov. The mailing address is Clark County Elections Office, PO Box 8815, Vancouver, WA 98666-8815.
The last day to submit new voter registrations and voter updates to existing registrations online or by mail is 5 p.m., Mon., July 26. Voters may still register and update existing voter registrations after July 26, but must do so in person by 8 p.m. Tue., Aug. 3.
The process of preparing the ballot tabulation system to produce election results will begin at 7:15 p.m. on Election Day, Tue., Aug. 3. Results will be posted on clarkvotes.org around 8:15 p.m.
