Juvenile passenger sustained critical injuries and was later declared deceased
A juvenile passenger involved in a single-car collision Tuesday morning in Camas has died.
Clark County Sheriff’s Office deputies and Washougal Police officers responded to a single vehicle fatal collision at SE Norse road and 280th Court. The vehicle left the roadway and struck fencing and a residence.
The occupants were on the way to school and were all juveniles. The male juvenile passenger sustained critical injuries and was transported to an area hospital where he was later declared deceased.
No one inside the residence sustained any injuries. It is unknown at this time if weather was a factor in the collision.
The Clark County Traffic Unit is investigating.
The area roadways will be closed for the investigation of the collision and the public is asked to avoid the area.
