The 20th Annual Clark County Prayer Breakfast is scheduled for Thu., Nov. 4 from 7-9 a.m. at the Vancouver Hilton.

The 20th Annual Clark County Prayer Breakfast is scheduled for Thu., Nov. 4 from 7-9 a.m. at the Vancouver Hilton.

Area residents are invited to join in the support of community leaders, first responders, active military, veterans and Wounded Warriors at this year’s event, which was created with the vision to inspire Clark County residents to honor, encourage and support each other. 

The theme of this year’s event is Our American Story. Part of this year’s program will again be featured live on Facebook.

2021 Keynote Speaker

Patrice Tsague
Patrice Tsague

Patrice Tsague was born into a royal, business and political family in Douala, Cameroon.  His mother was the Mayor of Douala 5th, a retired member of Parliament and served as a special advisor to President Paul Biya of Cameroon, Africa. His grandfather was the grandson of a 1st degree King of the village of Bafou, who built a kingdom that rivaled his grandfather’s, wherein he owned thousands of acres of farmland, had 80 wives and over 250 children. His castle was the first multi-story building in his city, was built and given to him by the British and is currently the home to his Majesty Johnny Baleng III.

Tsague is a business trainer, speaker, coach and author with a unique ability to combine entrepreneurship principles with biblical wisdom. He also specializes in helping families incorporate their faith into their business practices, ensuring that their business is able to exist beyond the third generation. 

Along with his wife, Gina, Patrice created the Biblical Entrepreneurship Certificate Training to help individuals build Kingdom businesses. He is a sought after speaker, trainer, and coach with over 20 years of experience. He serves as a business coach for several small and medium-sized companies and has trained over 20,000 entrepreneurs and business executives. 

Patrice is the author of several books and training curriculums: Biblical Entrepreneurship Essentials, 40-Day Biblical Entrepreneurship Coaching Guide, Nothing But a Jar of Oil, Biblical Entrepreneurship, Young Biblical Entrepreneur, Purpose & Profitability, Kingdom Business Coaching Certification, and Couples in Business. He also publishes a weekly e-devotional and podcast for entrepreneurs and business executives that is released to over 4,000 individuals around the world.

He is the Co-Founder of Nehemiah Project International Ministries, Kingdom Business Coaching LLC and currently serves as the Chief Servant Officer. He also serves on the board of several organizations including the Timothy Plan and Cornerstone Leadership Academy.  He is married to his life partner and best friend, Gina, they reside in Vancouver and have two children: Gabrielle and Danielle. ​

Dixie Lee Hotaling
Dixie Lee Hotaling

Dixie Lee Hotaling is a mother of four, grandmother of nine and great grandmother of 11.  She was a cryptographer in the U.S. Army, earned her BS/MS in Criminology, a four-year certificate from Children’s Institute of Literature, was a Curriculum writer and a Workshop facilitator in the mental health arena.  She also was a Foster Treatment caregiver to 71 teen age girls from 1989-2003 and is a Gold Star grandmother, wherein her grandson Timothy was Killed In Action in Iraq in 2005, while serving in the Army.

Hotaling is the Founder of Embrace Success Counseling Services – reaching the mental health community, schools and businesses and Founder of the Healing On The Homefront Program – reaching military families – helping them to navigate community and reconnecting.  Today, at 82 years of age, she is still heavily involved in the Veteran’s Community in Clark County : the American Legion, the Clark County Veterans Advisory Board, 40 & 8, the Korean War Veterans Association and a Chaplain where needed, while also working with the Fort Vancouver Lions Club – supporting the blind and deaf community and above all, a Woman of faith- looking forward to the next adventure the Lord has in mind for her.
